For the safety of all the animals in our care, we require that all dogs be on a leash, in a carrier or carried in the clinic and that all cats be secured on a leash or in an appropriate carrier. If you do not have a carrier or leash, please ask us and we can provide you with a temporary carrier/leash.

During Office Hours
To allow ample time for all our patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Though walk-ins are accepted, it is best to book an appointment in advance to ensure that a doctor is available to see you in a timely manner. Scheduled appointments will be attended to prior to walk-in appointments. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delays are inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Should you find yourself in need of emergency veterinary services outside of our regular business hours, please call our regular phone number at (519) 644-1210. We have an emergency on-call service available. Just leave a message on our voicemail and someone will call you back as soon as possible. Most emergency appointments will be seen at our sister clinic in St. Thomas.
In general, surgical appointments are checked in between 9:15AM and 9:30AM and the surgical procedures are performed mid-mornings. We ask that animals booked in for surgical appointments not be fed overnight (past midnight) or in the morning, but are allowed access to water at all times.
Full payment is required at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept payment via the following methods: cash, debit card, Visa or MasterCard. Please feel free to contact us prior to your appointment to discuss our fees or to be given an estimate for required services.
